Deepest Condolences to the Kassig Family

ISCC Condemns Beheading of Abdul-Rahman Kassig

(Calgary) The Islamic Supreme Council of Canada (ISCC) and Muslims Against Terrorism (MAT) strongly condemn the beheading of American Muslim humanitarian relief worker Abdul-Rahman Kassig at the hands of ISIS. According to media reports, ISIS released a video showing that Kassig was murdered.

“This is barbaric, un-Islamic and terrorist act of ISIS will never go unpunished. They will be punished in this world and eternal punishment of Allah will also chase these terrorists in their graves”, said Imam Syed Soharwardy today.

The actions of ISIS terrorists once again proved that they do not follow Islam.  They are imposters disguised as Muslims. They are killing Muslims and non-Muslims both. ISCC and MAT express deepest condolences to the family and friends for the loss of Abdul-Rahman Kassig.  May Allah bless him with the highest place in the Heaven.” He was a kind young man who dedicated his life to helping those in need under the most dangerous conditions.
