Let other Muslims, misled into hiding behind misinterpretations of the Qur’an, learn from what Syed Soharwardy says so that the violent activities of the so-called khawarij can be put to an end. It is time for the majority of peace-loving Muslims like Soharwardy to speak up and denounce the barbaric activities of the brainwashed khawarij.

We have to learn to resolve problems by non-violent means, as preached and practised by Gandhi and Martin Luther King, Jr. Freedom of speech and the pen are mightier than the sword.

Let all the peace-loving Muslims use their genius to eradicate this cancer of violence and inequality created in the name of religion.
