Eid ul Fitr on Wednesday – Eid Mubarak
(Calgary) Al Madinah Calgary Islamic Assembly announces the end of Ramadan tomorrow, July 5, 2016. Tomorrow will be the last day of Ramadan. Therefore, Eid ul Fitr will be on Wednesday, July 6, 2016. The largest Muslim gathering in Calgary will be held at the Genesis Centre of Community Wellness, 7555 Falconridge Blvd., NE Calgary where Imam Syed Soharwardy will deliver the Eid sermon and lead the prayers at 9:00 AM.
In addition to the main gathering and prayer at the Genesis Centre Calgary, Al Madinah Calgary Islamic Assembly will be holding Eid prayers at the various locations around Calgary. Please see the attached flyer for details.
