ISCC and MAT Strongly Condemn Today’s Terrorist Attacks in Nice, France

(Calgary) Muslim Against Terrorism (MAT), world’s first anti-terrorism NGO and the Islamic Supreme Council of Canada (ISCC), a national Canadian Muslim organization strongly condemn the barbaric terrorist attacks in Nice, France today. Based upon the media reports a Tunisian French national is a suspect in killing more than 80 innocent people and wounding more than 120 in Nice, France. France has now opened a terrorism investigation.

ISCC, MAT and the Canadian Muslims condemn in the strongest words today’s terrorist attack in Nice, France. Our deep condolences and sympathies are with the victims and their families. ISCC, MAT and the Muslims of Canada stand in solidarity with the people of France.

We request the government of France to investigate today’s terrorist attacks in Nice and bring every person to justice who is involved in these crimes. It should not be difficult for the investigators to find out who were behind these attacks? Who provided the weapons, money, and the training? Who inspired the killer? Who and what brainwashed the killer? What sect the killers belonged to?

“Unfortunately, these terrorist attacks will continue and grow unless all governments sincerely and honestly investigate these crimes and go to the bottom of this mess”, said Imam Syed Soharwardy today. ISCC and MAT urges people of all faiths and no faith to unite against these terrorists and extremists.
